Feeling and Looking Your Best as you get older isn’t as easy as it use to be. When I was younger I was very active; into sports and regular exercise not needing to worry about what I ate or about my skin. Never any weight issues or skin issues except for occasional acne.
Now that I am getting close to 50; things have changed. My skin has changed and it isn’t as easy as it use to be to keep the weight off. Mostly due to lack of energy, the business of life and hormonal changes.
Better Looking Skin
About four years ago when I turned 44 the changes to my skin became more noticable. It was as if overnight I had developed more wrinkles and adult acne. I knew that I needed to find skincare product that would help with the issues I was having.
Over the years I had tried a multitude of products (Neutrogena, Olay, Cindy Crawford, some other actress I don’t remember and a few others) that just didn’t seem to be working. My mom had always looked amazing as she aged and had always used Avon products. So, I decided to give them a try.
The Anew line of products have become my favorite and best products I have used. What I love is that I was able to choose which regimen fit my skincare concerns and the advanced targeted treatments allowed me to target my skin concerns.

Better Health
As I stated earlier – my fitness regimen has really effected my weight. Stress, lack of energy, work, etc has kept me from wanting to exercise even though I had always enjoyed it and know the benefits of it for my overall health and wellness.
This year 2018, I have made the decision to get back into creating some fitness goals. Mainly because Avon came out with their Espira line and I figured it would help me by increasing my energy, giving me the daily multi-vitamins I need for my age and reboot my metabolism.
There is a full line of Espira products but I have started with the Multi-vitamins for women over 40, the protein drinks to curb my appetite mid-day and the glow products to improve my skin, hair and nails.
I have relucantly started exercising again, but I am keeping a calendar with my goals on it to help me get back into healthier physical condition. If I find that I am not losing the weight; I will try the metabolism boost program and see if it helps. Hopefully I won’t need it.
