Have you heard of live shopping events? Live stream shopping has taken over how we shop online.
Live shoppng allows viewers to purchase products they view in real time; whether it is a fashion show, hosts sharing product faves or new products. Live shopping is fun and is a retail adventure unlike any other!!
Live shopping reminds me of the home shopping network but is not recorded and replayed; it is of course, “live” and you can watch and shop from your phone, laptop or I-pad. It is an upgrade to the shopping network.
What’s great about these live shopping events is that as a shopper you can leave your comments and engage with the other shoppers within the chat and possibly the host depending on the platform and if the host is able to read the comments.
Having been a host, I can honestly say that it is difficult to catch all of the comments. So, don’t ever get offended if the host doesn’t see it. Personally I find it is easer to respond after the live event.
What is a Live Avon Shopping Event?
The live Avon shopping events allow US customers to tune into live shopping events on a specific day and time to purchase the featured products and take advantage of exclusive offers for one day only.
The Avon Live experience helps combine the benefits of in-person and online shopping to the guests/customers that attend.
Each Avon Live experience offers a specific assortment of Avon products, allowing the host time to explain each one in detail and interacting with attendees via chat.
The chat feature is a great way to interact with each other and get any product questions answered in real time.
Another benefit of live shopping is the promotional aspect. Customers who attend receive exclusive offers and lucky winners can even receive a $75 Avon gift card.
Live Avon shopping events also allow Avon Independent Representatives to invite their customers to shop with them online without having to place themselves in front of the camera.
How many Live Avon Shopping events have there been?
Avon’s first live shopping event debuted their newest fmg Cashmere Essence Lipcream, the only lipstick in the US with a core containing bio-retinol!
Enriched with a concentrated blend of anti-aging ingredients, including Bio-Retinol complex, ginseng cell extract, antioxidant meadowfoam seed oil and vitamin E.
The second event, “Spring Cleaning” live shopping event featured favorite home products. They even offered over $70 worth of FREE products with purchases over $100, which I of course took advantage of.
Third live event featured the launch of Avon’s Isa Knox Anew Clinical Revitalize & Reveal Intensive Peel. There were close to $100’s worth of FREE products given with purchase of $100 or more.

What if I miss the Live Avon Shopping Event?
No worries!!If you can’t attend at the scheduled time, you can watch the replay and still take advantage of the offers for up to 24 hours after and shop until midnight.
