Why join my Avon team

Hello,

My name is Monica Brown.  I have been with Avon since 2014 and I love being an Independent Avon Representative and National Leader.

Over that time I have worked at my Avon business in a variety of ways and have found what has worked and what hasn’t worked.  I continue to try new things and share all of my successes and failures with my team.

I did NOT start off signing people up to join Avon when I started.  Reason being that I did not want to sign people up to sell Avon if I couldn’t do it myself.

I am excited that I can now share the business with you and HONESTLY tell you that you too can be successful as an Independent Avon Representative.

My first year with Avon I had over $10,000 in sales; which allowed me to make it to President’s club and I have made it to President’s club every year since. 

This last year I made it to Honor Society which is double in sales!!  I also received recognition for being #1 in direct delivery (online sales) for my district as well as #1 in sales increase and the Spirit of Avon Award.

I continue to receive recognition for my dedication I put into my Avon business!!

My National leader title is a Silver Ambassador. Sharing everything I know is what I love to do along with giving my team incentives to help them achieve even more!!
