Avon’s Pathway to Premier incentive for New Representatives
Avon’s Pathway to Premier for New Representative is a great incentive for Avon’s new sign ups. This will help you to create goals each campaign so that you can earn bonuses on your way to Premier.
What is Premier?
Before I get to the bonuses, you are probably wondering what Premier is. Well, when you sign up to become an Avon Independent Representative you start out as a Contender.
As a Contender, earn a 25% on everything you sell (20% on home items) after your first $40 in campaign sales, and increase your commission as you move up to Premier level of 30% with no minimum order (20% on home items) and on to the President’s Recognition Program of 40%. All products – samples, sales tools and brochures – count toward your earnings level. Also, Avon products are grouped into different product categories and commission varies based on the product category you sell.
A Contender is a Representative with Award Sales up to $4,999 per year (12/11/19 through 12/31/20).
Premier Level is for Representatives with Award Sales of $5,000 to $9,999 per year.
So, you can see that you want to get to Premier as soon as possible. Once you become a Premier for that year, it roles over into the next Avon campaign calendar year.
Let’s say you joined Avon in February (campaign 4) and made Premier in October (campaign 23). You are now Premier for the rest of the year and into the next campaign calendar year starting with Campaign1 to Campaign 26. You will need to make Premier again to maintain your status for the next campaign calendar year or move up to President’s Club.
Bonuses two ways..
Okay, now that we know what Premier is and why you want to reach it; let’s talk about Avon’s Pathway to Premier for New Representatives Bonus Program.
Accelerate your pathway to Premier with 2 bonuses: Stepping Stones and Milestones, for up to a total of $2,000 in bonuses within your first 8 campaigns. Premier Level is a Representative with sales of $5,000 to $9,999 per year.
This incentive expires once you reach the $5,000 sales requirement for reaching Premier or at the end of your 8th campaign, whichever comes first.
1. Stepping Stone Bonuses reward you with $20 for every $200 in sales you achieve within a campaign. For example: $600 in campaign sales = a $60 bonus. You can earn up to a total of $500 in Stepping Stone Bonuses.
2.Milestone Bonuses reward you with a 10% bonus for every $1,000 in cumulative sales during your first 8 campaigns, maxing out at a $500 bonus for $5,000 in sales. For example:$1,000 in sales = a $100 bonus; $4,000 in sales = a $400 bonus. You can earn up to a total of $1,500 in Milestone Bonuses.
So, what are you waiting for? Avon has all of the training you need through Avon University as well as Avon groups where you can connect with representatives who have been selling years; like myself or those who have just started.
