If you have been reading my blog you may have heard me refer to Avon’s President’s Club and how I achieved it my first year and have achieved it every year since I started in 2014.
I would like to explain Avon’s President’s Club program to you and why you want to achieve it.
What is Avon’s President’s Club
Avon’s President’s Club is a level of achievement with benefits to those who reach it.
To get to Avon’s President’s Club Reps need to have combined online sales, face-to-face sales, personal orders, tools and catalogs totaling $10,000 or more!!
Before you think – I can’t do that, keep reading!!
Avon’s President’s Club explained
There are 26 campaigns within an Avon catalog year; which means there are 26 catalogs that come out every two weeks for you and your customers to enjoy with new products and new product offers.
Avon representatives have the entire campaign calendar year to make it to President’s Club.
Let me break it down
Only $385 is needed each campaign to make it to President’s Club. That’s only $193 per week.
How to get it:
8 customers with orders of $50 = $400
16 customers with $25 orders – $400
7 customers that order an Anew Skincare regimen at $55 = $385
When Avon offers double dollars which means that you have an opportunity to earn double towards President’s Club.
Your own purchases including sales tools and catalogs goes towards Avon’s President’s Club
Why you want to achieve Avon’s President’s Club Title
Achieving President’s Club should be every reps goal starting with the first campaign. They should plan out each campaign and create goals of how to get there.
When President’ Club is reached Avon Representatives earn 40% on ALL Beauty Sales and 25% on all other items no matter how big or small their order is.
Avon Representatives can now order up to 2 demos of any product in each What’s new catalog instead of one.
Exclusive gift is given for the highest level of achievement as well as a huge sense of personal achievement for reaching this goal.
Reaching this goal makes you want to reach even higher at least that is what it did for me.
I am now in Honor Society which is double what it takes to make it to President’s Club – $20,000 and have been since my third year as an Avon Independent Representative.
